Im not sure if you could tell who the most successful, because every time the group to contribute in different ways. Syd then she took known and fans. The period of water has become world famous. And Gilmour had kept the band alive. If you measure the success of the value of money, then the era of water would be the same. The Dark Side Of The Moon has sold more than 250 million copies and sold 8,000 in the week. Although I do not believe a black Water Side album is technically in his time. But he also went through the album Wish You Were Here, Animals, and of course the wall. The final cut, obscured by clouds and were also very good, but has had its day. Floyd is not and will never be the same, but I think it is very good. Most of my favorite songs are the bell of the division and the momentary loss of reason, although my favorite album is the dark side. I think Gilmour words seem a bit personal at times, but the message is still in songs like "High Hopes and sadness. Waters has even admitted that Momentary Lapse of Reason is a very good title. I'm going back together. It would be really awsome if they made another album may or may not jump the gun.

For me, Syd as a successful, not only because it seems to be the most talented and innovative, but also taking into account that many of the songs from the acclaimed later incarnations would not exist if not for the existence of Syd. It was a great talent, but also an indispensable source of inspiration.
