I already signed employment letter, what if I withdraw? - employment counter offer letter

Dear all,

I'm already writing the employment of new firms, which is when I retire in? Can they take any legal action for me? Through my work as the current company I decide to stay.

I read the agreement, but no word on something, if I leave

I have the agreement after probabtion there are 1 weeks notice for each party under the agreement is what it is, I politely before work starts back. Is there a general law against it?

I think that technically, he can complain, but I doubt it.

If you do not lose sleep, then there are other consequences that can burn a bridge.

Unless it was a legal contract stating that you are working for them, must have a certain time should be able to withdraw at any time if they have begun or not. When you make your opinion if you have a copy of the contract, you may want to give to someone familiar with the review of employment legislation, you have reserved before. Just make sure that they have at least two weeks standard.

You can not always fall ... It is their right. In addition, it paid nothing, so it may take legal action against you. I know because I have done the same. I read and signed the contract back and realized we did not want to work for them! Just politetly have called them and told them the truth. They were angry, but I could not do anything about it.
